Synopsis
The story follows a more modern premise set against the backdrop of urban New York City but with a twist as the main character Samira (Lupita Nyong’o) is an otherwise normal woman with a terminal illness but living in a hospice. Her bleak life is turned upside down when aliens that are threatening and blind land in New York City and kill every single person who makes sound. Samira, who has a service cat named Frodo, is forced through the ruined cityscape to outrun the bloodthirsty aliens in a quest for peace in a world now completely devoid of noise.

Filming began in early 2023 placing London as New York during the shooting to showcase the chaotic streets of New York which were needed. Critical Reception
